Work-at-Height is part of the Ellis Fall Safety Solutions team of experts that includes many of the most experienced fall safety experts in the country. EFSS has worked as expert for both plaintiff and defendant in fall related matters. This experienced team has extensive knowledge in every aspect of fall safety litigation support.

Ellis Litigation Support team members have the expertise to apply OSHA standards, including consideration for current OSHA regulatory and ANSI Z359 voluntary consensus policies, assessment of violation allegations and the determination of what action if any is warranted.

We have Certified Safety Professionals (CSPs) and Registered Professional Structural Engineers (PEs) with extensive experience in all aspects of fall protection on the team.
